Best Ever Choc Chip Cookie
What makes this cookie so much better from the rest, is the use of dark chocolate chunks compared to chips, as they are bigger and more chocolatey. Also I melted my chocolate and mixed with olive oil, then let it dry, so when the cookies were ready to eat, the chocolate was still soft inside. Even better would be to heat the cookie before you eat it so the chocolate is melted! Anyway the body of the cookie was also changed a bit so it was crunchy but melted in your mouth more than your average cookie. The cookies also look quite large but they are the same quantity as your average cookie but they just expanded in the oven to make them appear larger and also make them last longer. I'm currently working on a vegan version of this recipe which is still just as decadent.
