Choc Mint Cupcakes

So these I made with a friend last year for a fundraiser for school. They're just plain old chocolate cupcakes with aero ganache, a mint buttercream and chocolate mint leaves. They were really fun to make although to get the buttercream right with the exact amount of mint was hard especially since we were using the fresh stuff. We had to keep squeezing the leaves to get all the juice out but in the end it was worth it and they all sold out. The chocolate mint leaves were just made out of painting the leaves with chocolate and getting the print.
