They may be plain but they do taste divine! I had some left over White Chocolate Swiss Meringue Buttercream from a previous cake so I decided to use the up in these. Its actually a handy way to use leftover buttercreams, to make a cake! And leftover swiss meringue icing can be turned into a pavlova. Also the thought of adding golden syrup to everything white chocolate to make a caramel flavoured thing still excites me a bit too much!
