Triple Choc Cake Pops

Milk, Dark and White Chocolate in a cake pop. The inside is a milk chocolate mudcake coated with dark chocolate and a white chocolate shard. I don't temper chocolate because personally I don't like it as the chocolate loses its melt, although I know its a big accomplishment to be able to do it. I've never actually tried tempering chocolate although sometimes it has accidentally happened and this time with the white chocolate.
