These were for another function my parents had where I catered the desserts, but this time there weren't so many to prepare.
Above are truffles of two flavours: White Chocolate and Coconut, based on the Whittakers Toasted Coconut Slab nd the other Choc Mint, based on the Mint Aero. None of these chocolates were actually used in the truffle itself however.
I also made a Pinaeapple and Flake Cheesecake based on a dessert my mum wanted me to make which has been her speciality but I had to add a twist, although she still prefers her version of it.
Last of all were the Passionfruit and White Chocolate Macarons featuring one of my favourite flavour combinations. The tang of the passionfruit really works well against the sweetness of the chocolate and macaron shell.
