Passionfruit and White Chocolate Ice Cream

I had some left over white chocolate and passionfruit ganache so i turned it into ice cream. I got the idea from Gelatissimo where I once had a gelato version. As this is one of the best flavour combinations (in my opinion) including white chocolate, as i don't like it all that much, it was an ice cream winner for me. You could remove the passionfruit seeds for an all creamy and smooth consistency, but i prefer them in as they add crunch, and also makes it look like a passionfruit icream rather than a vanilla one.
