Healthy Vegan Pizza

So this may not be sweet but its still baking because of the pizza base. My sister was making pizza and I wanted something healthier so I tried this out. The base is wholegrain and sugarfree and the sauce is basically tomato, basil, garlic and onion stewed. The topping include: grilled zuchinni, mushroom, eggplant, olives and capsicum. Instead of cheese i used caramelised onions to keep it dairy free, but if you are not vegan then goats cheese would be a good alternative. People assume vegan cooking is extremely difficult but there are so many substitutes out there that it's really not that hard. An easy way to make your favourite recipes vegan is to look at the recipe and find substitutes for everything that is of animal origin. All my healthy or vegan recipes are also free from sugar, preservatives and refined foods such as white flour.
