Creme Caramel Sponge

The inside of this cake is just a vanilla bean sponge but the icing is a mixture of cream and homemade dulce de leche which I had left over from some biscuits i made. I was eager to try making this caramel as it is quite simple and tastes so good. Its basically made my putting a condense milk tin in boiling water for two hours and after its complete you can whip, spread or do whatever with it. It also isn't very messy like alot of stove top caramels which results in less to clean up!
