Raspberry Heart Pav with Flake


This was made out of leftover swiss meringue, and the result was a bit different to a pavlova due to the added raspberry but it was still a great, easy desert. Unlike a normal pavlova the outershell wasn't crisp and the whole thing was jelly like but had the same taste as the inside of a pav. Topped with cream and flake and shapped in a heart it was quite cute.
